Now, I have set my sights on Santa Ana’s “skid row”—First St. In partnership with Vic Mendez, I co-founded Santa Ana’s 65th Neighborhood, The Zoo District. By activating our newest residents and supporting struggling businesses, we will transform the Zoo District into a thriving community hub.
